The play-cricket system will be unavailable on Friday 31st October to enable the transition to Release 2. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause. Please check back on November 1st, when the new release should be available in Review Mode hide announcement

Following initial informal contact between the two clubs outside of the Committee, sub-committees from Kesgrave Cricket Club and Ipswich & East Suffolk Cricket Club met formally for the first time in June, with mandates from each club’s management committee, to explore a potential merger between the two clubs.

Further details can be found here.

Please make every effort to read this document

Initial indications are that IES will be voting in favour of a merger and Kesgrave CC need to now decide if this merger is in the best interests of the club and its members.

The Kesgrave Cricket Club Management Committee are still undecided so we are looking to get more feedback from the rank and file members.

We are therefore having an open evening at 7:30 on Thursday 16th October followed by another on Monday 20th October at the Kesgrave Sports Pavilion to present and discuss the options available.

We would very much like your input to this as it could be a significant decision regarding the future of the club.

A provisional date has been set for an EGM of Thursday 6th November if indications are that there is enough support to have one.  If the majority of members indicate that they do not wish for the merger to take place, the decision to go to an EGM will be reviewed by the Committee.
